I watched the video and read the instructions carefully as others have recommended, but I still couldn't get the bolt through the frame. I understand the process but still had a small problem. I was able to pull out the first one when it didn't come through. Everything worked on the second try. I had trouble with the second one too and it took me a while to get the gasket and bolt in. I think the reason why some people didn't have a problem and others, is that they were lucky enough to keep it on the spacer and punched through the screw at the right angle. I put one cobbler under it, one at a time, to raise it until the bolts went through the coupler to attach the nuts. Once that was done it was pretty easy to bolt the rest to the frame and tighten it down. All in all it looks like a good quality lead and after the initial problems everything went well.
