Poor quality, very disappointed
The first thing I noticed was that the kettle does NOT whine when the water is ready, even if the lid is properly closed. It bothered me but I thought I could handle it; it also meant I had to keep an eye on the boiling water. A few weeks later I put it on the stove to boil water. A few minutes later I wanted to turn it off and noticed that the top part of the spout had melted. I've only had this kettle for 4 weeks!
