This device has its own Wi-Fi that your phone needs to connect to and has a range of only about 50 feet. Therefore, you need to disconnect your phone from other Wi-Fi networks and connect it to the one projected by this device. Actually I would give it an 1 but it really does exactly what it claims to do but I gave it a low rating because it doesn't do what I (and looking at other people's comments) thought it did. Worse, it looks like it has the ability to connect, but the firmware doesn't allow it.
