I'm a little torn with these chairs as the style looks very nice on one hand and they are strong enough for plastic chairs. However, it took me a while to get used to them. First, they are HEAVY. The plastic is very durable, but neither the backrest nor the seat "give". I ended up buying some pillows for them and they have improved a lot in that area. The fact that the seat is convex rather than concave also takes some getting used to. While this is great for keeping them dry (I use them on my porch), they give an odd "tilt down" feeling towards the front of the chair. I got used to it again but it wasn't the most comfortable until I got used to the feeling after about a week. After that I really liked these chairs, but I can see how you have to grow them before you really like them like me.
