I purchased this item to assist my dog Farley ( who has arthritis in his front legs) getting in and out of the car via the back seat so as not to have to jump through the back hatch of my Subaru. The fabric is very durable, but I have to admit that utilizing the zippers ( you have to be in an odd position to zip/unzip the "arm rest" portion) which is difficult even to see. A suggestion might be to reverse the direction of the zipper and make the zipper a different color other than black to improve the ease of use.Just my two cents! I do love your company and products, tho!
