WHERE IS SPEED SQUARE POCKET?

These are the first tool bags I've bought in 20 years. My last few bags were AWP canvas bags with tether straps. Great bags for the price. So it was finally time to break down and buy some new bags and I went with the leather bag as these will probably be the last bags I will ever buy. In general, the design of the bags is pretty good, but the design of the bags frankly sucks. First, in my right side pockets I keep my tape, razor, cat's paw, torpedo level, chisels, pencils, etc. The leather holders I put my razor or torpedo level in are too small. The knife has to fit in my pocket for me! I had to knock out the rivets to get them into the holders. The left pocket is usually for screws, nails and my square. No pocket for speed square. If you put the square in the large pocket of your bag, it will fall out every time you lean forward. The trap's catch pocket isn't deep enough to hold it, and you'll have to stop and see if you've put it in the trap's pocket. I really can't stand it so I either have to cut a hole in the corner of this bag or take it to a leather shop and sew the bag onto the bag. The strap seems a little cheap, but I was able to take my old AWP rear triangle and thread the strap through. The bags feel solid despite some flaws in the bags' design. You get what you pay for. Despite these serious design flaws in both bags, I can live with them overall.
