Well after using it several times a week for the last 4 months I think it's finally time to throw it away and order a new one. It doesn't shed dog hair like I would like. Seems pretty good just not as efficient as the others. The slits in it for seat belts also tear badly on one side, and dog hair gets into the ones on the seat surface. But for the price, this is a quality and tight seat cover with a quilted design for extra durability on the seat and back. part and sides. There is no front piece, but the dog will not sit or lean on it, so this is not necessary. The sides are a great feature that other rear seat covers I've had didn't have and they zip up so they make a cute little pocket to keep the fur from falling onto the seats from the sides. I wish it was a bit wider or the design was such that it slides out with doors so there is no space between the lid and doors. There are side straps to attach it to the door handles (if your car has them on the ceiling in the back seat). They are used to hold the sides up, but there may still be a small gap between the sides of this cover when the sides are zipped up and the doors are closed. My dog sometimes tries to get between the door and seat cover to get under but this is an improvement over the last one I had as it didn't have side zips. For less than $20 I'm really really impressed with this as the quality, design and features make it really good value and functionality. I also like that the seat belt slots are higher than the distance between the seats as my old one had slots there and dog hair got into those slots and onto the car seats. They are placed higher so the dog hair doesn't go through these slots and the harness slots work well. I wish I could block it from unzipping.
