I've had another pair of New Balance running shoes for a while and I really like them, so when it came time for new running shoes, New Balance was the best choice for me. I love that they come in bright colors and something fun to add a little color to my workout! They are incredibly comfortable with plenty of cushioning without weighing the shoe down. There is also padding near the heel/ankle. I had to order 1/2 size larger than my original size (which is usually 1/2 size larger than my normal shoes btw) but that might be due to my postpartum Barney rubs - love them and will make a lot when I go / running!
