Review on 🔒 Secure Password Vault by Johnny Pigao

I bought this in 2014 and have been using it consistently ever since. I don't remember if I had to change the batteries during that period BUT today I got a message saying the batteries were low. I opened it up and put in 3 new AAAs and then to my shock I couldn't turn it back on. I've tried other new batteries and they never turned on, allowing me to enter my passcode. I lost all my saved passwords. I'm sooo mad! I can't find any help for this problem so I think I just screwed it up. I would like someone from the company to contact me and help me with this issue. I want to buy more but I'm afraid to repeat the same thing.
