I'll start my review by saying you can get this for half the price at Wal-Mart which I found out shortly after purchase. I've been using this product for about a month and since the bottles are small and I have long thick hair I've bought more just to use longer and see if I notice any results. I've used half of my second bottle and am happy with the product. I feel like I have less split ends since using this shampoo and conditioner and my hair doesn't get greasy as quickly and I can wait longer between washes. I go to the gym almost every day and I live in Florida so of course I sweat a lot but washing my hair every day is not good but you don't want to look dirty and rude either. It leaves my hair soft and clean but not the best for volume I would say. I have naturally curly hair and feel like it lacks volume and nice looking curls after using this shampoo and conditioner. But that doesn't really matter compared to how healthy my hair has become. It's also sulfate-free, which means your hair color won't fade as quickly if you color your hair. The conditioner doesn't really seem to lather and you need more, but trust me it doesn't. It just is. My hair is much easier to comb when I use it. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is light but pleasant. Like lavender. Definitely not overwhelmed. If you're trying to prevent hair loss and hair growth, combining this shampoo and conditioner with a biotin supplement works TONS. My hair has become much thicker. I recently stopped taking biotin and have noticed hair loss again, but combining the two will give you optimal results if that is your goal. I will definitely be a regular user of this product.
