Works great, sound quality is really good. The hat itself is thick enough to keep your head warm and comfortable at the same time. You can't feel there's anything in the hat. If it gets dirty there is a slot to take everything out so it can be washed. When listening to music, I noticed that the plus and minus signs aren't for volume, but for skipping tracks. Anyway, I prefer to use my phone to adjust the volume, so I'm fine with that. For the price it's definitely worth it. It survives the winter and warms your head.
