I like that they provide information about what other people are saying in my industry as well! It's nice knowing exactly where our clients stand compared against others!! They have amazing tools for social media management too - no more wasting time posting when you could be doing something else productive instead. Have not used them enough yet but it seems very useful so far (I am only using basic features). The cost of this service has been high at first glance because there really isn't anything "free" or risk free out here right now- which makes sense since everything needs paying somehow ;) This allows us access into some great resources without having any costs associated directly ourselves though we do pay through advertising revenue from AdWords etc.- just another way marketing dollars can go towards product development/research if needed :) My organization does NOT use facebook ads specifically nor google adwords however; therefore cannot comment further how effective those may actually work vs PRC services themselves I like that it allows you to get feedback from many different people for free. And also it allows you to create surveys as well. There are some limitations when it comes to creating your own questions so it can be difficult at times. A good tool to use if you're looking to get feedback in a short amount of time. It gives you instant feedback which is great. Also it's free. So there's no risk involved.
