I wish I could tell you how this product works, but I can't because I haven't used it. I opened the packaging to find the solvent was unsealed and the bottle had been opened somewhere during shipping. The entire contents were soaked in solvent, a strip of duct tape fused into a large lump of sticky oily slurry. The rubber vise looks broken in half and I'm sure the cutter is having problems too. If I could give zero stars I would. I will send it back immediately. Don't even think about buying that.
