Made in Germany, highest quality and processing. I tested this by cutting through a hardened very thick fishhook and it handled it with no problem. No cut edge damage. Connecting with an extra lever really works. The only thing to note is that the cutter's mouth does not open as wide as with conventional cutters without leverage. It is no problem for me.
