Great product but there is one important item you need to know when ordering that is not listed in the description! The product description must state that the interior trim ("decoration") is only 4.5 inches high with square corners, and some RV vent inserts require an interior trim that is 6 inches high. The customer must be able to order the correct size part for that product. And here's why: I ordered this fan and received it very quickly. Unfortunately the trim didn't fit properly as our previous inner vent panel is 6 inches tall and has rounded corners; The vent/fan part has square corners so our old finish doesn't match. I tried to call the number given. in their help document that came with the package to see if I can swap out the pad (no luck - wait at least 40 minutes). I had to leave voicemail for a call back (which I didn't get). I also went to the Fan-tastic vent website and was able to leave an email asking for a part exchange. I received a response to my email within 24 hours but they were unable to ship the item due to shipping. Costs; However, they referred me to another company to ask about ordering the part. I didn't have to do this because in the meantime my husband has solved the problem by using our old 6" interior trim and cutting out each corner so that the square vent/fan part would allow the trim to be tightened Fit to use (with small seal to cover interfaces). In the end my husband saved the day and the blower/fan is otherwise great. The best description in the product details and the option for the buyer to purchase a 4.5" or 6" inner case earns this fan/fan a 5 star rating.
