Excellent wide door. solid rubber. Aluminum with PVD coating. Aluminum does not rust. The rubber is very resistant to sun, weather, sand, etc. This effectively prevents drafts. Even if your floor is uneven, drafts are greatly reduced. It looks great in living spaces, not at all out of place when looking inside the house. Simply cut with a handsaw. Stanley has a decent $5 12" on Amazon, which you'll likely need for your door size. Other tools useful during installation include a tape measure, black marker to mark the cut, pilot hole drill, and screwdriver. Brush - Some people prefer to sweep if the floor is very uneven as it does a better job of rounding the floor.My floors are quite uneven but this works great and will last for many years,have nice clean lines and doesn't trap sand.If you're not careful it can the rubber will scratch the pebbles on the wooden floor.
