Review on 🔪 Nemco 2 Chop Easy Chopper 56500 by Original Mansel

As a vegetarian I always cut or dice something. I especially love root vegetables like beets and sweet potatoes. It's always difficult to cut bones with a kitchen knife, not to mention dangerous. I cut my thumb pretty badly last month while slicing sweet potatoes with a knife and vowed to find a better way. The Nemco Easy Chopper II was the perfect solution! Too bad I didn't know that many years ago. Tonight I peeled and sliced 3 large sweet potatoes and they went through the Nemco blades with no problem (see photo). I am happy about this purchase!
