Not quite what I expected
It's good but the holes are SMALL. I use them in a solar dehydrator and they slow down the drying time. I'm new to this and only know because part of my shredded zucchini was on my wire and not the net and after a few hours was DRY and the other is still how I put it on. I was expecting something bigger. Mesh as in the picture with pineapple. The crumpled mesh image is more accurate. I'm sure they will work for some things but not for veggies.
