Review on ClickSafe Keyed Laptop 🔒 Lock for Business by Kensington K64637WW by Chris Mania

I bought this with the new G75VX for when you need to run away but don't want to leave your laptop out in the open. Unfortunately, this does not yet work with the G75VX. The lock needs to fit fully into the tab to engage, but the G75VX's design around the Kensington slot prevents any part of the lock from fully engaging. I emailed Kensington about the possibility of getting the edge a little higher and will update this review to reflect their response. I can't currently recommend this to Asus G75 owners, since the lock cannot be hooked into the supplied latch. and contours around the port of the castle. Edit 05/15/13: I contacted Kensington support because I can't snap the G75VX. The answer was that they only have one chunk size. The recommendation was to return to the reseller as I am still within 14 days of purchase. I really want to be able to lock my car so I don't have to return the item. I will contact the machine and metal shops in my area. I'm hoping to find someone in Kensington who can and will make the enhanced version I've been looking for. I believe that the height only needs to be increased by a few millimeters. My only obvious option is to file down some contours near the blocking port. Note that you will not be affected unless the surface of your machine around the blocking opening has contours that are at a higher elevation than the opening. the harbor itself.
