Review on Double-Sided Carpet Tape For Indoor Use By IPG, 1.88 Inches X 36 Yards (2-Pack) by David Bartan

Bought this tape to hold down some previously used carpet squares that were still in decent shape. The squares already had some self adhesive left on the backs of them, but the edges were not staying down as well as I wanted. A few of them i put a piece all the way down one side while others just needed a small piece in the corners. Once the tape was placed, the squares held to the concrete sub-floor much better and look great. I tried pulling one of the squares back up after a day or two, it was possible to pull them back up but did require some effort. After pulling one up, the tape remained adhered to the back of the carpet square and not the cement. It also left no residue on the cement. This leads me to think that it will be a good product to use if you ever decide to replace your flooring with another type, as there will be little to no reside to clean up before the new flooring can be put down. Might also work for other types of flooring, or for other tasks that need a double sided tape.
