The best waterproof mascara for the price and better than most of the more expensive ones.

Very little scrub. No smudging. I have to use an eye makeup remover before I wash my face at night to remove it. Working outdoors in the hot summer and now you have an incurable situation with a family member. It is tear, sweat and waterproof. Buy it so they keep doing it.
