Will be my favorite hiking shirt

It's light and soft, it doesn't get hot because it's breathable. I have a lot of these hiking shirts, and most of them are stiffer and kind of "plastic" - they make a "shhh" sound when I move. This one is much nicer to wear. I bought my normal size and it fits over the shoulders, but overall it's a bit baggy and long, including in the sleeves. I actually prefer this fit for hiking, especially when backpacking, and also because I wear it as an overshirt, plus I like maximum sun protection. If I plan to wear it alone as a blouse, I would consider trying a size smaller or side-seaming at the waist to make the silhouette a bit more flattering. I bought the color khaki (brown, not olive) and it's a nice neutral. I think the black and white folding strap is a striking design feature and I love the attention to detail. Many reviews mention front pockets; I don't usually use shirt pockets but I think this style of shirt calls for them and otherwise it would look easy.
