The marketing side has been simplified so we know what is working and what isn't. The reports that we are able to generate for a specific campaigns gives us detailed information about each prospect which helps in future targeting and engagement. There aren't really any dislikes at this point but we were looking forward to getting access to some more automation features before they went away in October 2015. We have found out through trial and error that certain triggers may not work if you don't provide enough information for the software to calculate properly or understand what you mean, therefore giving incorrect data. But with all programs this is the case. If you are already familiar with all the different features then that should take care of most issues. This saves a lot of time as well as effort. It's also very easy to use and configure. I haven't found anything bad at all. If you are looking for an email marketing tool that helps you save time and effort then go ahead with e-goi. It has helped me organize my email marketing campaigns and help me reach more people.
