This unit is easy to use and simple to operate. I do wish I'd known to look for one that integrated (via bluetooth) with my phone's health app, but it's fine.I did note that after about a month of use, nearly every time I'd use it, it would fail the first reading. Either by doing nothing, or adjusting in minutely, it worked the second time.Then, it would start taking my pressure, the cuff would deflate and just as it was about to show me my results, the screen turned off. I checked and the battery indicator still showed full. I tried several times over several days, with the same result each time.I reached out to the manufacturer, but got no response (it's been 2 weeks now). Finally, I just swapped out the batteries ( to be sure) and sure enough, that fixed it.So, bottom line, good unit, but if it starts acting weird, ignore the battery indicator status and just change the batteries.
