Doesn't stay connected with Teams

Bought because my Jabra speaker doesn't do well with Teams. Connected directly to the dock via USB, calls aren't answered or muted in Teams, but (usually) the call is muted when needed. The Teams light below rarely lights up during a call or Teams conference.
