The sound quality is not very good either for the speaker or for your voice at the other end. This product states that it comes with a BT50 Bluetooth adapter, this is absolutely not true.

The device works as intended. I haven't explored all of the features like the Teams button and such, but the main use has been to run from the Teams desktop client and haven't had any issues so far.

Bought because my Jabra speaker doesn't do well with Teams. Connected directly to the dock via USB, calls aren't answered or muted in Teams, but (usually) the call is muted when needed. The Teams light below rarely lights up during a call or Teams conference.

Connected the device, installed the Yealink app and updated the firmware. Repeat these steps on 3 different computers and use the device on a business class network and a high speed home network. Static was present on all 3 computers on Zoom and Teams calls. It was a bit difficult to find an application to update the firmware. All in all not a very good experience.

Item received from seller and key not found. They worked with us on where to find them. good company Received as a gift to a colleague. She loves it. In the end we ordered 120 pieces for our regional workers. It's amazing how quickly it connects to your laptop and as long as you don't forget to hang up this device is amazing. No need to hold the headset to the desktop. Required if you or your company uses Team.
