The material from the package was chic, felt dense but silky. Not impressed with the lack of a double line. My last comforter was probably $150 at Pottery Barn 10 years ago and after using it daily for 2 seasons all those years it's only now breaking. I will be surprised if this softta blanket lasts more than 2 years. I washed it in cold water on a low setting as directed, but when I took it out after there was still time in the dryer it was dry and very wrinkled. It's like it's somehow lost its luster. It's still beautiful to me, but it's lost its luster. In a year I will unsubscribe because of its quality. But the packaging is strange. It was neatly/tightly folded in what appeared to be a simple transparent ziploc bag and then floated inside a large opaque zipped softta bag. It looks like nothing I've ever seen in stores. I assume this product comes straight from the Chinese warehouse under their own brand. The label says "Egyptian Cotton", I hope it's true. It appears to have retained its rectangular shape throughout the drying process. Matches my queen duvet perfectly.
