At first it seemed really great. Of course I had to charge more often than we would have liked. But it worked reliably when loaded and felt really good in the hand (build quality). However, just over a month after purchase (and certainly outside of Revain's return window) it experienced intermittent issues where it didn't always light up or catch fire. After two months it was so problematic that it cost almost nothing. I contacted the manufacturer/seller through Revain and they replied that they wanted a video showing the item not working as if I lied about it. I was able to assemble one that showed it wouldn't turn on/ignite even when fully charged and give it to them via the mailbox. They responded quickly and said they would send a replacement. It's too early to tell if they actually will. It's really a shame because it sure looked good. But even a Bic lighter would have lasted longer. To be fair, the seller ended up supplying a replacement. But it fires without touching the start button as shown in the video. It can't be safe. How can you use the brush that comes with it if it just sets it on fire?
