HOW I DISCOVERED THE SECRET OF THIS PRINTER. SOMETIMES THE SHUTTER WILL NOT OPEN WHEN YOU PRESS THE SHUTTER. If you're getting black photos, that's 100% the reason. I realized that you have to listen very carefully to the shutter. Before I put the film in the printer, I would first set it up as if you're going to print a photo, but don't put your phone on it. Instead, turn on the flashlight on your phone, aim it at the shutter, and squeeze the shutter button a few times while waiting for the shutter to actually open (I promise you'll see it). EVEN WHEN THE SHUTTER OPENS, IT SOUNDS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN IT DOESN'T OPEN. BE FULLY KNOWN WITH THIS SOUND. So, now that you're actually trying to print the photo, DO NOT OPEN THE SEAL UNTIL YOU HEAR THE CLUTCH. SOUND FIRST (so keep the shutter button pressed). I'm not sure if this is what the manufacturer intended, but it is. Maybe the ones you need are broken? If yes. Kii pix, can you send me a new one? Because it's pretty stupid. The reason I think my printer is broken is because I've seen videos of other people using this printer and when they pressed the trigger it made a MUCH LOUDDER NOISE than my trigger. Many Thanks :)
