There was no communication with the seller. Bought two, both work well so far and seem accurate, but haven't had them long enough to be sure. The original hands on my Springfield watch fit the new movement, but the hands on my Seiko watch didn't fit, so I had to use the new hands, which are black and I couldn't read them on the black dial. So I bought cheap nail polish and repainted them. Nail polish is really good for this job as each bottle comes with a small brush and the color can be removed with nail polish remover if you change your mind. So far they work great and I would buy them again.
