I like that this software has multiple views to help understand what is going on within our business, which helps us identify opportunities to improve processes as well as create an environment where we can provide additional services for our clients. There are many different ways to look at data in the program, so it's easy for new users to adapt quickly! It would be great if there was some way to customize reports or graphs depending upon who you're sharing them with. We use this software daily. It provides transparency into all aspects of our organization, including financials, operations, sales forecasts, etc. This gives everyone involved access to information they may not have before.
