I like that this software has multiple views to help understand what is going on within our business, which helps us identify opportunities to improve processes as well as create an environment where we can provide additional services for our clients. There are many different ways to look at data in the program, so it's easy for new users to adapt quickly! This planning tool has helped my organization to plan effectively all year round for our sales team both online as well offline activities through seminars & training sessions etc. I haven't found any dislikes yet but looking forward now after using this product in last 2 years for 3 quarters - nothing much that i can say about it so far from personal experience only- its good! I like that we are able to track daily activities for our sales team in order to make sure they're doing their job as well as possible. It's also helpful if there is any confusion about what exactly needs to be done next. We have had trouble connecting some of the modules but Blue Line has made improvements in this area over time and continues to do so. Nothing really at this point! I like that we can see our forecasts in comparison to actuals as well as historical data so it's easy for us all at once when making decisions about what next steps are needed!
