So basically it works. Whitened teeth 1-2 shades lighter. Keep in mind I actually used another brand very similar to this one with a light mouthpiece. Now the problem is I've only been using it for about 3 weeks and although it has whitened my teeth it's not working properly now. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or battery issue, but it keeps turning on and off. It also continues to make a sound that signals it's shutting down, but the power button doesn't work and the blue light doesn't come on. I followed the instructions not to put it in water. I've only noticed these issues in the last 2 days so it might be permanent who knows. Another issue is the included mouthpiece. The idea is great but it hurt my lower gums because the plastic clips on the back and front of my teeth hold the gel in place. However, the plastic extends too far down and damages my lower gums. Overall I think the product would be great and I would recommend it if it didn't have these issues.
