Review on πŸ”„ Sovol Turntable with Adjustable Brackets featuring Photosensitive Technology by Scot Hughes

Does the job, good starter pattern

A great budget solution for a do-it-yourself curing station. I put my casts in there for 2 hours and they come out solid. Much cheaper than big brand solutions which can cost up to $200. I like having a switch on the lamp and the rotating platform works well with UV light. I deducted a star because the body is not included and the platform could be improved. It wobbles even with the screws tightened. It could also support larger prints if they widen the platform on the sides but keep the opening the same size at the top. t Resize to accommodate larger prints without changing the platform structure. Overall I recommend this if you are starting out. This way you can learn how to polymerize prints and how to work with the material. I'll probably switch to something more solid as I start typing more often, but even then it'll be useful for smaller prints.

Pros
  • Suitable for 3D printer UV curing, resin curing (SLA DLP print curing). Due to the strong light output, please wear safety glasses when using this light.
Cons
  • Without automatic
