This is my fourth purchase of this great vinyl pack. The colors are vibrant, the vinyl cuts and removes weeds easily, and it's definitely a great value! I've used it as stencils and as permanent decorations. Permanent decorations are only permanent. It is recommended to let the vinyl "cure" for a day or so to ensure it is cured. The packaging comes in roll form, normally packed with 3 pieces of tape to hold together. As long as you carefully remove the tape, you won't damage the outer piece of vinyl. Always fast delivery which is also great. I've found that the packaging is always restocked so it's always in my cart when I need it.
