Review on Versatile KitchenAid K150 Blender: Matte Charcoal Gray, 48 oz Capacity by Ruby Moya

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the blender I've been looking for!

I often make smoothies. Over the years I've blown two Nutri-Balls and one Ninja. I LOVE THIS KITCHEN MIXER! It's powerful but quiet. It's easy to clean (I throw everything in the dishwasher - well, not the motor of course). It even looks beautiful. I've had the classic Kitchen Aid blender for longer than I'd like to admit, so I guess I should have bought the Kitchen Aid blender before all those Ninja and Nutri-Bullet blenders. At least my search is over. Pros: Quietly crushes ice to a nice smooth consistency. Grinds fresh ginger, carrots, and anything I put in (no, I'm not making a Will It Blend video!) A few tweaks The slow start feature really works; Food doesn't *fly* up (or onto the ceiling if you forgot the lid) Dishwasher safe (or at least I run it with no visible side effects) I thought the price was reasonable Has single serve smoothie cups like Nutri-Bullet and Ninja, and a large mixing bowl. The food flows beautifully from the vessel. Cons: It would be nice if the cord could be tucked under the unit. Previously: The Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer Meat Chopper Pusher and the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer Pusher are the same. That's not exactly what you need in the kitchen.
