Worth $$$ in desktop blenders

I've had Ninja IQ for about 2 years and this blender is HELP. All blenders are loud, period. This blender is LESS noisy. It is very EASY to use and wipes clean. My son and I use this to make smoothies with frozen fruit and/or ice cream. Mixes very well. I definitely recommend it.

I like the way this blender looks, though.

I will never buy this blender again. That does not work. I make smoothies and this blender has to be started and stopped constantly to transfer the contents. About 20% of the time the blender fully blends my frozen fruit and yogurt, the rest of the time it's a struggle. The machine is easy to clean, but the small blade on the bottom must be the reason the machine doesn't really blend. I will go back to my $60 ninja which is loud but works much better.

Excellent value for money

I am so in love with this blender. I've been anemic for several months, so I constantly crave ice cream. This blender actually crushes ice so fine it looks like a snow cone. I've also used it to make smoothies, they're delicious, and some adult drinks. It blends mudslides perfectly and makes frozen margaritas better than any blender I've ever had. This machine lives up to the KitchenAid name. You can't go wrong with this blender, it's worth the money.

Quiet and comfortable, form and function

To my smoothie-loving friends, I bring you this wonderful creation from Kitchen Aid. It's economical (nowhere near the Vitamix price point) and quiet. I've owned several smoothie blenders over the years and the noise level of each one was ridiculous. This beautiful blender looks stylish and is easy to use. It comes with 2 personal shakers and a large shaker if you want to make enough for two people. I really like this blender - its form and functionality which I am very happy with!

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Almost never

Motor gives off chemical smell after one use

This was the first time I used this product to make smoothies. Nothing out of the ordinary, not even ice cream, just frozen fruit, milk and protein powder. The engine smelled chemically from the start, like it was on fire. This is an awful product. I don't understand why everyone rated it so highly! Seriously, they should be paid. This blender is a piece of junk. Since that first time I've tried it 2 more times thinking I might have used the wrong setting or something (which is impossible…

Cons
  • Long time

No bargain for tabletop blenders

This blender comes with two personal 16oz jars. The big problem is that the cans don't use the blade assembly used with the 48-ounce can. You must purchase the 16-ounce blade assembly separately for $40 and it comes with another 16-ounce can. This will give you three 16-ounce cans. A 16oz blade would be a lot cheaper if you weren't forced to use a third 16oz can. The 16oz Revane Assembled is out of stock at Revain and Revain say they don't know when it will be back in stock. It's also sold out…

Incredibly dangerous right out of the box

This is the best blender I have ever owned. It arrived on August 2, 2020. After less than a month of irregular smoothie-making, he began to twist inside. It's very bright and smells like electric fire because it's electric fire. I liked it. It would be 5 stars. I had to subtract 4 because it would definitely start a fire. I contacted Kitchen Aid and the customer service was terrible. They asked me to send them the video here and get a serial number. Both requests seemed reasonable enough. I…

This is the blender I've been looking for!

I often make smoothies. Over the years I've blown two Nutri-Balls and one Ninja. I LOVE THIS KITCHEN MIXER! It's powerful but quiet. It's easy to clean (I throw everything in the dishwasher - well, not the motor of course). It even looks beautiful. I've had the classic Kitchen Aid blender for longer than I'd like to admit, so I guess I should have bought the Kitchen Aid blender before all those Ninja and Nutri-Bullet blenders. At least my search is over. Pros: Quietly crushes ice to a nice…
