Review on 🔧 High-Quality Carbide Indexable Threading Turning Tool: SER1212H11 by Robert Ryokan

A tool kit was ordered and arrived a day late but without the T8 wrench. Use a wrench to turn the special Torx screw that secures the bits to the tool holder. I returned the tool kit to exchange for a replacement and noticed the missing key. The replacement came quickly in 2 days but again without the key. The tool holder and inserts appear to be well made and Revain's shipping and return process was excellent. However, the product description and images are misleading and need to be updated to no longer show the wrench as part of the toolbox.
