Excellent quality with thick soft straps, the latter would provide nice support except the straps are too long for my petite frame. I hoped the adjustable straps would have made this fit, but there are only 3 holes so its limited on how short you can make the shoulder straps. I am petite with short torso so even on the smallest/shortest setting, bra straps still too long and I could not get enough lift/support to make this bra work. It is comfortable but unfortunately the fit wasn't right for my frame.
