Review on 🧶 Optimized Cornerstone Products Lite Crochet Hooks, Size E/3.5mm, Red Orange by Kristen Reid

I like these hooks because they are so comfortable. However, as I read somewhere in another review, not all are true to size. I bought the whole set, sizes C through K. I tested them with my Susan Bates "Knit-Chek" which has holes you can put a hook or needle in to measure. C and D fit true to size, but the letters E through K are all actually one size larger than they are marked, meaning they measure from F through L. This means that the Crochet Lite crochet hook is not the right size E at all. Remember and be sure to check your caliber! Despite this small quirk, it's still a great product. I've been using it for a long time, my hands don't hurt. Light is also handy, and it's bright enough that you can also use it to read your drawing. But actually I've been crocheting in the dark at the drive-in cinema for years. Think about it; When you have a simple repeat pattern, do you REALLY need to look at your hands? But with them, I don't have to turn on the lights in the car or dig out a flashlight to find a sucker or tangle and read the pattern in the light of a cellphone!
