Pleasant Experience, Highly Recommend
I enjoyed working with our team at LHPR as we worked together in solving some of my organization's challenges related to Talent Management/ Hiring process improvements! The experience was very pleasant overall - they are good folks who truly care about their clients' needs & wants!! Nothing really stands out negatively from this engagement. We were able solve several issues regarding hiring practices within an organizational culture change initiative (related specifically around internal candidates).
Pros
- They have been great partnering partners through all phases involved.
- Their staff has provided us prompt, professional responses during any interactions or follow up requests post engagement; including multiple calls between myself / client reps for updates etc..Great responsiveness is consistently seen across communication channels used by both parties throughout entire engagements ! :)
