These 10 oz white ramekins are great for portion control and for serving individual portions. I made "lasagna soup" (it's neither lasagna nor soup, but VERY tasty). Layered ricotta mixture on the bottom with lasagna soup on top and mozzarella on top for those who wanted it. You can put it in the oven to melt the cheese or in the roasting pan for a few minutes. Excellent serving and excellent food preservation. I look forward to using them more often. I love that they have silicone lids to keep food in the fridge.
