Not plug and play. Connector plug not connected.
They don't tell you there's only bare wires and no plug. So you either need to connect the wiring harness to the old fan motor wires and connectors or like I did and slide some spade connectors with sockets onto this motor and connect them to the connector on the car. So the idea of swapping it out minutes after watching this YouTube video is futile if you have to walk into town to get some cable connectors. The fan wheel is easy to change. In general, the repair was easy (see video). Otherwise it was cheap and blew up, although engine noise seems to have been a bit more than I expected.
