Almost useless.
Using this element in the Vornado humidifier is practically useless. The fit is poor and the moisture wicking just doesn't work. Water goes somewhere, but it doesn't register as high humidity. Back to the original Vornado wicks which, although more expensive, actually work, fit my car and most importantly add moisture. With Vornado wicks you can easily get to 60%, more than 50% is difficult to achieve with them. I wouldn't bother unless you only want 45-50% and your machine is running all the time!
