Firstly we couldn't put a straw through the hole to inflate this balloon. After working on it for about 5 minutes we inflated it and the material was so heavy it barely floats! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the design is really cute. If the balloon behaved like a balloon I would give it a 4 based on the difficulty of inflation. What's so great about a birthday party balloon floating 3 inches off the ground!
