Don't waste your money on this!
I bought this keychain hoping it would help with my anxiety but it was a total disappointment .The popping is annoying and the keychain is too bulky, it just gets in the way. men's fashion should be functional, not just a gimmick. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can tell you that the "anti-anxiety" claim is just a marketing strategy..
