I don't recommend buying this product, there's nothing to praise here.
I bought to improve the quality of communication with the Network of several laptops used mainly for Linux (Mint, Manjaro). It turned out to be fastened, although not without hemorrhoids - but during reboots, the adapter usually turns into a pumpkin, that is, into a USB drive. And in terms of reception quality, everything is even sadder than with built-in adapters. Thrown away money. Unless somewhere for Windows computers it will be possible to use.
- 1. It works very badly under Linux: it switches to the data storage mode all the time (with drivers for Windows), you have to switch to the Wi-Fi adapter mode via modprobe. 2. Weak signal level. The adapter built into the laptop works even better.
