I bought silver and gold in June and just started collecting necklaces. I decided to test the damaged gold chain as the gold was still bright and looked very pretty. I wore this necklace for 24 hours and now it is bronze in color and I have a green ring around my neck. The clasp and extension are still shiny gold, but the chain is matte bronze. I remove the necklaces I have completed and find the best quality for the gems. Beware. long
