I wasn't sure what size to go for based on the reviews and didn't see a photo of the back of the product with sizing info. So let's get started. I'm a 25 year old male with an average height of 1.80m wearing: Converse low top sneakers for men size 9 with Converse socks; Adidas size 10 in NMD and Alpha Bounce with Adidas socks. I have a slightly wide foot but short toes. I bought men's sneakers in gray size. I was wearing converse socks and I don't plan on wearing socks with this shoe, the sizing was quite large and there was plenty of room in the toe box. Region. For me, a medium size might fit better. In terms of utility, I bought them as a recommendation for shower shoes after a day at the beach and as lounge shoes rather than wearing socks on hardwood floors. I have diabetes so I have to take care of my feet. I don't like flip flops or sandals so this was a good alternative. I was thinking of taking them to the gym but they seem "too" flexible to offer any real support as shoes with stiffer walls can.
