The customer service is very good! They are willing to work with you as long as needed. They have never told me I was doing something wrong. They will help guide you through all aspects of the process. You can always just call them if you need immediate assistance or guidance. There are not many other companies out there that will help you with so many different types of frauds/fees. It's hard to find someone who knows what they're doing in this industry. The only thing I dislike about them is that sometimes it takes a while for their systems to "process" your payment requests. Try them out once. You won't be disappointed! We've been able to lower our fees significantly by having a better understanding of the fraud we are being exposed to.
